Merry Christmas from Dallas!

I hope this post finds everyone recovering from a wonderful Christmas weekend with family and friends, spend eating and relaxing (and eating some more)!
We stayed here in Dallas, as I was unable to fly being 38 weeks pregnant! Brooke and Jeremiah had already been planning on coming to Dallas for Christmas prior to our move down here, to spend time with his sister, Jenny and her family. It worked out perfect, and we were able spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with the Watt and Walter families! Thanks Jenny and Kyle for being so welcoming for the holidays!
Brooke and I, of course, managed to get in a little shopping while she was here. She had been waiting to come here and get all of her maternity clothes shopping in! It was so good to spend some time with her, and see that little baby bump of hers!
Here are a few pictures from our Christmas, will post more once I get them from Brooke (hint, hint).

Our family photo, Christmas Morning
Bella's favorite Christmas gift from Grandma and Grandpa Kangas. She immediately chewed the tail and one ear off, not sure what that is all about!
Buddy and his Christmas gifts... No comment!
My gifts (as you can see, no baby for Christmas). I highly recommend the Keurig Coffee maker...and have a funny feeling this is going to be our saving grace in about a week when we are sleep deprived!
And, baby's gifts!

Hoping you all have a great weekend, and a Happy New Year!
2012 is going to be a good one!

Happy Holidays

With Christmas just one week away, we are reminded of how thankful we are for such a wonderful family and group of friends. We truly are so blessed, and can't wait to see what's in store for us in 2012! Whether you are staying close to home this Christmas, or traveling to be with family, know we are thinking of you all this holiday season!

Getting Ready for Baby

We are officially moved into our new apartment in Dallas, and are putting the finishing touches on the nursery...for the second time! Brady and Buddy worked so hard the first go 'round to make the nursery perfect at our home in Tacoma. And then I put Buddy to work immediately again in Dallas, doing the exact same thing. Thanks, guys!

Buddy has the carseat installed, hospital bag packed, and all 3 stollers figured out!
We have graduated from our Hospital Baby Care classes....
...Which might I add, Buddy can change a mean diaper in 60 seconds flat!

Needless to say, I think we are ready to meet our little man!
